tartar sauce
for the longest time, i didn’t know “tartar sauce” was a real thing. this is because i was first introduced to it by spongebob, who would use it as his “swear” word. but it’s a real sauce, not something spongebob made up.

Despite not exercising anymore (the only forms of exercise I like are bicycling outdoors, hiking, dancing, and swimming, all of which are currently hard to do), and eating absolute CRAP, I don’t feel like I’ve gained much wait, to my pleasant surprise.
I think it’s the cold. It’s forcing me to spend more energy creating heat to keep my body warm.
